With the site undergoing a lot of changes we demoted all of our staff members. After a long discussion Frosty and I decided we need devoted staff members. This does not mean you can't get your position back! We encourage new and old members to apply. Below are the two positions open with their job descriptions. If you don't get it this time, don't worry. Spots will open up as activity rises.

Tell us about yourself: Well, I am a warrior cats fan, I live in Hollywood. You may think I am very new, but I check sites out for a week before I sign up. Also, I have been roleplaying for 3 years.
What experience do you have: I admin 2 sites, and co-admin 6, and I am a Global Mod on 8.
Why do you want to be a staff member on BD: Because this site is totally awesome.
What can you add to our site being a staff member: I am very active, I am great at making ads.
Why should we pick you: Because, again, I am active and good at telling people there wrong in the nicest way.

Tell us about yourself: I am a huge warrior cats fight and know pretty much everything there is to know about warriors. I own every single book and re-read them all at least once a month. I own two sites one is a pokemon site which has been recently done over and an x-men I just made recently. I have co-owned other sites though.
What experience do you have: 3 yrs I started rping on neopets.
Why do you want to be a staff member on BD: I want to help this amazing site. It's awesome and i want to help in any way I can.
What can you add to our site being a staff member: I'm pretty good at graphics and can make avatars, siggy's, banners and tables.
Why should we pick you: Because I'm a pretty nice person and though I am new here I plan to be very active. I also have plenty of time to advertise. Since I can advertise my other sites while I advertise this site.

About myself, welllllll
I'm 14 turning fifteen in may the second day to be exact. I have a dog, a cat, a bunny, two rats, and two tiny little birds in which I hate the birds. I grew up in a town int he middle of nowhere, so here in the city, I hate it xD. But, I love roleplaying, and writing in general, I draw sometimes, but enjoy writing more. I go to a performing arts school and live close to hollywood. I'm gladly taken, by my girlfriend, who isn't really a fan of cats, but she is getting better with them and I'm planning on taking in a kitten for her since her mom is allergic to cats sadly. Anyhow, I'm friendly, I like friends, weather online or in real life, because they help a ton with everything. I don't like fighting, I find it senseless, and I'm very respectful to everyone =3 if there's a fight I try to find the best solution for everyone, because I'm not someone who can really hate anyone. And I could say a lot more, but i don't want to over load you xD.

What experience do you have:

hmmmm, I've been roleplaying for six years, ever since elementary I've been a person who solves everyones problems for them, middle school there was a lot of match making for me and it went pretty well. With site's, I own one, and have owned many in the past, I've had experience in some codes, not all so I can't be like BAM LAYOUT, but things like, making pretty fancy texts, I can make posting tables with graphics for people for free if they want it, but there are a lot harder working people out there then me in the graphics department. I've known all sorts of people, so I know where most of them are coming from, but that's about all my experience to explain =3.

Why do you want to be a staff member on BD:

I want to help out, simple enough, I would hate some sites to go to waste. And even if I'm not elected a staff member, I'll still do my best in everything to help out. Getting new members, making members feel comfortable and welcome, also making roleplay exciting in any way shape and form with plots that are thrown at me. I love being a peoples person, and I love being a helpful person in general =3.

What can you add to our site being a staff member:

Advertiseing, like a boss
Graphics, posting tables for member
Public relations, solving all the fights, getting all the enforcing rules things like, talking with members when asked to if they need a warning exc.
Running the site when staff are away or not here, I can handle the masses, I know how their like on my site Carvanna, well, we don;t have much masses anymore but I can help out in any way I can.

Why should we pick you:

You shouldn't ;p there isn't a say why or why not you should pick me, it;s weather you think it's best for the site. Like said above, even if I'm not picked, I'm still a dedicated member enough to help with getting members, and keeping others entertained with plotting with my characters and such. Quiet frankly, it's up to the staff to know if I'm worthy or not, and it's not my say if you think I'll be the best, but I figured I'd put myself out there and try out as a staff member.

Name: Foxpaw

Tell us about yourself: I'm 16 years old and have been reading the series since I was... eleven or twelve? Not sure. I love animals and am currently on the road to becoming a vet(whoop!) and have excellent english grades. I'm sometimes a bit shy but not really on sites anymore... I don't like it when people fight and am quick to mediate. Its basically what I do with my friends. I'm pretty chill and laid back, and I'm online often, generally seven days a week. I'm an outdoorsy, country girl, and if I'm not online, i'm probably outside running, playing with my dogs, walking in the woods, or horse-back riding. I love to read and write, unsurprisingly, and the Warriors series is probably my favorite. Umm... Let's see... I have a broken ankle right now? XD My epic tale is I was running, and my dog knocked me over. Yeah. My favorite color is orange. I love, love, love to plot. That's all.

What experience do you have: 5-6 years RPing. I've never really done a staff audition... I always start out as a member, and the admin has offered to let me be staff, so try-outs are a bit new. I've owned two sites, co-owned one, and worked my way up from member, to moderator, to global mod. to admin on three others, although only one of those is currently active at this time. So, I've basically done most of the stuff that comes with keeping a site neat, orderly, and running smooth. I'm also a good peace-keeper, I think and have had a lot of experience advertising, breaking up fights, ect. I also really enjoy making things nice and neat and having a sense of order and can be a bit of a perfectionist.

Why do you want to be a staff member on BD: I like to be helpful. Sometimes I feel kind of useless sitting around a site not doing anything, especially when I get to know the people there, because I feel a sense of loyalty and can be eager to help. I feel like I'm going to like this site, and that I'll want to help ya'll and be a part of everything. Although, from the warm welcome, I have a feeling I'll be a part of things all the same.

What can you add to our site being a staff member: Ya'll have such a great site, I'm not completely sure. XD Mainly, though it seems pretty orderly already, I can help organize things and make sure they stay that way. I can help enforce the rules and keep things going straight when admins aren't around. I can welcome guests and new members and answer questions and advertise, definitely, since that seems to be something that's needed.

Why should we pick you: Oh, I really don't know. XD Ya'll really don't even know me that well, since I just joined today, and if you don't pick me, I really won't mind. I just decided it would be fun to try out. I guess because I'd be all around helpful and wouldn't complain if you asked me to do anything. As I said, I'm eager to do anything you ask.

Tell us about yourself: I'm 17 years young, I have been roleplaying for the majority of 5 years. I'm patient and kind, and I love all of God's creations. -puts on halo-
What experience do you have: There aren't many of my staffing sites that are alive. I've hosted/moderated on numerous sites, one of which did quite well for a good year or so. I have Darkened Hours. I have been a staffy there since this site was a baby. We had a spring cleaning recently and are ready for new members! I voluntarily took on the task of advertising over there, and even created a directory. I accept bios, link back, modify junk, and yea. ^-^

What can you add to our site being a staff member: Excitement. Pick me, and I'll show you a Whooooole new wooooooorld! (:
Why should we pick you: 'Cause I'm a facking bau5. Uhm, no.. I'm online regularly and I always tell when and if I'm gone. I'm trustworthy and honest. I'm very strict when it comes to rules. I enjoy laying down the LAW! And I'll be nice about it unless otherwise prompted. I'm easily approachable, laid back and energetic. I'm helpful and have a pleasant attitude towards others(usually). I'm understanding and I can keep my cool. I have good ideas and I'd love to share them with you. I'm all that and a bag of chips. (;

Tell us about yourself: I have an over- obsession with pancakes. Like seriously, I LOVE those lil' f***ers. They are my all time favorite food, and if you see anyone trying to convince you they are the biggest pancake fan and they aren't me, tell em and I'll eat them because it's NOT TRUE!!! I also love wolves, my favorite color is blue, I've read every book in the warriors series except for the fifth one in the fourth series, I love people, and.... I like to have fun x) I'm also Fourteen yeee- arrrrs.

What experience do you have: Well, I've been a GM and a Moderator on... Four different Warriors sites and a Co Admin on one of those four, a GM on two wolf sites, a Co Admin on a deer site, a PR Mod on an open fantasy roleplay, and I've owned my own site. Keep in mind most of the sites I was staff on are closed down now, so I won't be to overwhelmed with staff duties given I get the position. I've also been roleplaying for about three years. Eleven if you count neopets xD

Why do you want to be a staff member on BD: I would like to be staff here because I love warriors, and I love helping out. I also like to help take dying or dead sites or sites that need help getting reactive and totally making them OHMYGOD ACTIVE again. I'm kinda like the Mother Theresa of ProBoards <.<

What can you add to our site being a staff member: I can add my ego personality, my help, and my advice. My personality because I'm a naturally kind and caring person who loves people, and I'm apparently considered funny, even though I don't try to be (most of the time O.o), my help because I love to help out and do whatever I can to improve anything and everything, and my advice because I've been told I'm a swelltastic (Star knows what I mean x3) advice giver, and I love to give advice and be all therapist- like because It's just another way for me to bond with members and help out because I love hearing what everyone has to say.

Why should we pick you: I believe you should pick me because I have a lot of experience, I love to help out in any way, I'm usually fun to be around (unless I'm in a bad mood, which is rare), and just because I would love to have the position (:

Tell us about yourself: Well I'm 25 and I'm love to meet new people on sites such as this one. I'm like to read, warrior cats was one of such books and I like to find interesting music on youtube. I have a dog and a cat that I care for. Have two room mates who are pretty cool. I like art (even if I'm not that great at it) and love to take pictures or find pictures on the internet. I work two days a week and have been the same job right now for months now. I like to hang out with friends to have fun and to talk. I talk with my boyfriend during the day some times and i like to talk with old school mates on Facebook. I also like to make charries are different looking and have pretty cool names. I like to make there names flow together and sound like the two parts of the name fit together (most likely strange, I know) xD

What experience do you have: Well lets see, I have made my own site before and I have been a GM on a couple of sites but didn't really like that position. I'v been an Admin to a couple of sites and also co-onwer to a couple of site's also. I'm good at making anything on a site, the only thing I've never learned to do on a site was make a good skin or the coding. I know how to make a skin, I'm just not good at making it look good. Other then those two things, I'm good at doing anything else on the site.

Why do you want to be a staff member on BD: I want to be able to help where it's needed and to warmly welcome new members with a smile . I want to be able to help with idea's for improving the site and to be able to give ideas that I have thought of, but can't really make them happen without being a staff or for the idea to even be thought about for that matter.

What can you add to our site being a staff member: I can bring new idea's to the site and maybe think up a good plot or two, like a war could happen between two of the clans or something like that. Maybe even help with new ideas for the site it's self and......Well I can't think of anything else to couold bring to this site. But I would love a chance to help and to prove I'd make a good Staff member
