On the country of Numidia pets where treated like children. Many families had dogs, cats, hamsters and more. The economy was good and most people where healthy. But when winter arrived some people started arriving at the hospitals with symptoms that no doctor could piece together. No one had any idea where it was coming from and why it was happening. The only things the doctors could think of was contaminated food, which means people's pets could also be affected.
The government decided pets would be sent of to different island or uninhabitable lands. And that is where the canines landed, Agwang Island. They learned to live on their own, not all survived but the strong and smart did.
Over the years the dogs adapted and even changed. Their soul is no longer hidden with in their bodies, but there soul now live with the dogs as a 'companion' and a 'teacher'. The souls appear as smaller animals, always compared to the canine's. They also represent something of the dog, whether its a agility or strength.
Now some breeds have been lost, many are hybrid, but some dog breeds still live on. But all dogs now have 'someone' that they can't live without.
