[Venom]

Hazelpaw was watching the camp waiting for someone, hopefully one of her siblings, to come. She had been lonely all day and was wondering where they went off too. The tiger striped cat had already groomed, played with some kits and done everything to take up time she could. Now she just wanted to be with one of her siblings or another apprentice and do apprentice things. Hazelpaw's eyelids started to close as the sun sank lower, warming her fur and making her drowsy. She was about to give up and head for the apprentice den for the night.

Snowpaw streched as he walked out of the apprentices den and saw his sister. Hey, Hazelpaw. Hope I didn't wake you! He said with a snicker. He loved to scare his siblings. He looked around to see if Skystar was around, he wasn't. Good, i don't want to get into trouble he thought. Hazelpaw, do you want to take a walk or something? he asked her. He walked passed the warriors den and saw that Snowberry was in there. Okay good she isn't up he thought. Walking over to his sister he sat in front of her. So?

Hazelpaw's eyes shot open at the sound of Snowpaw's voice. "No, not really." She replied towards his first statement. "Sure, we can go for a walk." She said, wondering why he kept looking around, but didn't ask. Hazelpaw stood up and shook the dirt out of her tiger fur. She stretched her spine out and yawned. "Where do you want to go?" She asked her brother with a blink of her eyes. Her ears twitched, listening for his reply.

[Frostbite }}]

"I would be careful you two." Patchpaw mewed coming out from the apprentices den. sitting down next to her sister she looked at her brother and mewed, "Frostbite is usually out around this time of day also. doing what dont ask i'm no medicine cat apprentice. Also skystar could be around also.. just try and not get in trouble if you were thinking about doing anything.. trouble like. I'm sure the last thing you both want is to have your warrior cerimonies pushed back five moons because of something stupid you both did."

The grey and white apprentice licked her paw and drew it over her ear. She looked around the camp and saw it was silent as anything. Looking to where snowberry was sleeping a shiver came up her spine and then looked back at her siblings.

She definitely wanted to avoid Frostbite and Skystar. Hazelpaw's eyes went wide at the thought of being an apprentice for so long. "But Skystar is our father, he wouldn't do that, would he Patchpaw?" She blinked at her sister. "Do you think he would Snowpaw?" She asked her brother. She didn't think her leader would be that cruel, or would he? She wanted to avoid trouble before she heard on possible consequences.

Snowpaw thought about what Patchpaw said. Was it true that their father would do that? Well I know he loves us but to push back our Warrior ceremony? Only if he was raging, i believe. What if we bring a warrior with us, then what will he say? I bet he wouldn't push it back then. He said trying to make his sister calm down.

patchpaw rolled her eyes when her sister asked about a billion times if skystar would od it. "We all know he would. Just because we are his family and his kits doesnt mean we get special treatment. He has to treat us like every other cat in this clan. He loves us all. But if push came to shove im sure he would do it.."

Looking at snowpaw as he spoke. Having a warrior go with? That would make it seem like they couldnt do anything on their own! Yes they were apprentices not worthless kits! "What if you just dont go too far out of the camp grounds? you both arent kits anymore.. your soon to be warriors and to think you have to be babysat by a a warrior? come on snowpaw.."

Snowpaw put his ears back when patchpaw spoke to him. Well I don't want to get into trouble as much as you do! he said and walked off. Hazelpaw, if you want to follow, you can! he said. The white apprentice walked to the enterence and then onto the path. Right now he was mad at patchpaw for saying what she said to him. It wasn't a stupid idea. I was just following rules. he thought and kicked a rock.

Hazelpaw was still unsure, but followed along a little timidly. She was a bit confused. Patchpaw had said they might get in trouble, but she was willing to go out. She continued to follow, feeling a bit guilty and nervous. She didn't want to be in trouble, but she didn't want to be left behind either. The young apprentice matched Snowpaw's steps. She smiled at her brother and looked back at the entrance with slight longing. She looked up at the trees. "They're so big."

With narrowed eyes he crouched in the bushes. He was glad he had stayed out training Timberpaw longer than usual. His green graze brushed over his daughter Hazelpaw and son Snowpaw. He was shocked not to see Brookpaw in the lead of this patrol. Raising a curious brow he moved forward watching them go. He heard Hazelpaw exclaim about the large trees which also told him that she hasn't been outside of the apprentices den in awhile.

Skystar clawed his way up a large oak tree. He layed on a branch directly above them blending in with the green colors. He also stayed downwind so he would go undected,even unscented. With a mused smile he bunched on his hind legs ready to move in a stealthy manner.

When he herd that his sister was following him he smiled. At least im not alone he thought and slowed down his pace. When his sister commented on the trees, he looked up, Yeah they are big he said agreeing with her. He followed the path till where the two-leg place was. Snowpaw took a deep breath and smelt a couple kittypets and rouges. The scent for the rouges was about a couple days old. He sighed and turned to his sister. Aw nothing to do, no rouges or loners on our territory. He said. He wanted to be like his father, the best fighter of them all.
