Kestrelstar
Kestrelstar sat in the camp among the roots near the small stream that outlined a small part of their home. The she-cat had already hunted herself today, so she had decided to sun bath and give out her stories the best she could to the kits. Apprentices were welcome as well. The leader didn't offer stories often, and they were a treat if you sat right next to her the way her fur felt like a kittypet. Her face turned towards the sun, her tongue pressed against the back of her throat as she let out a slight pur. It was an excellent day, and she couldn't wait for the one's who wanted to hear her stories and more.
There were a line of stories Kestrelstar knew, from warriors, to heros, to falures if they had a back bone to it and some were fake some were true. Others, involved stories in starclan that took place in the views of not only the cats in Riverclan, but their ancestors as they passed along the tongues of many who shared over generations.

Rabbitkit was just waking up from his nap, he yawned and then stretched. The little grey kit looked around saw the leader, Kestrelstar. His father had taught him to always greet any cat who was coming to see you. Good morning Kestrelstar. He said. He was happy because he knew that she was going to tell one of her stories. He loved to listen to them. Sometimes they would put him to sleep. He walked over to where the leader was and sat beside her. Is it time for a story? he asked excitedly.

((Hope you don't mind if I jump in))
Pebbleshine made her way back to the camp, clasping a mouthful of comfrey between her jaws. With newleaf upon them, it was time to stock up on everything that had run out or nearly run out during the unforgiving cold moons of leaf-bare. This was her second trip out into the territory today, mainly because roots tended to be bulky and difficult to carry in bulk.
I should go out for some chervil before I consider myself done for the day. We're down to a couple withered leaves, and we'll be needing a lot of it soon. Each time the amount of prey in a territory increased, the chances of somecat ending up with bellyache shot up, as well. Infections - also treated by the herb - were a constant worry no matter the season.
As she entered the camp, she noticed her leader sitting near the stream, her face turned toward the sun. She had seen Kestrelstare like that before, when she was getting ready to tell stories to the clan. Was it story time now?
Pebbleshine sprinted the rest of the way to her den and dropped off the comfrey she had collected, then returned to sit near the soft-furred she-cat. Stories from the clan leader were always a treat, and she didn't want to miss out if she didn't have to.

Kestrelstar Kestrelstar watched, as two of the clan members already had caught her attention. Her dazzling pelt caused for a scene, as well as for the feel of it. The leader loved to bond with her clan mates, as if for one moment she could let the stress go, and watch as they listened to the tales that were high on the market of her tongue. Kestrelstar laughed a bit as the every eager Pebbleshine sat right up next to her. The medicine cat had always been a good friend to her, with messages from starclan and emotional support after her kits had been miscarried only two moons ago. Which had left an emotional scar, after the love of her life vanished after he found out that she was going to have kits. It was things she would rather leave behind and look to the future of it, for her thoughts, that ran behind, would stick to that, if only a moon ago if only a not. After doing so she had decided to herself, that sharing these stories, made the place a little less then what you would call a un-closed clan, to those who had to stick together no matter what happened in their lives.
Kestrelstar smiled and turned to Rabbitkit, kits as well, the youth of tomorrow, as she flicked her tail. The leader looked at the fresh kill pile for a moment before turning back. "I see your are as enthusiastic as ever Rabbitkit, morning to you Pebbleshine, and yes it just so happens I'm telling stories today. It's new-leaf and I'm feeling great today, no duties are to be at hand so I figured I'd give a piece of myself to the clan." Kestrelstar stated, looking back and forth between the two. The first two there would probably get front seats, while others that gathered, would have to wait on the side lines. Kestrelstar usually asked the kind of story someone wanted. The time to tell a story was a time to share their kinds of ideals to the world, where the warriors meet their meets, where they could take a load off as to call it when they came to relax.

The kit wanted to jump for joy. He smiled and looked around to see if anyone else was going to join. He got closer to the leader so he could get nice and comfy. He looked up to her like a mother. Kestrelstar had always treated him well even when his parents died. So what story is it going to be today? he asked.

Pebbleshine purred in response to the leader's laughter. It was something she was used to, as even she knew she wasn't normal as far as clan cats go. It always seemed to be in good humor - especially coming from Kestrelstar, whom she considered a good friend - so that's how she took it. She had no reason to think anyone had any bad feelings toward her, even though she was pretty much the clan's worst fighter. As a medicine cat, that was to be expected, anyway.
The leader turned her attention to the kit, and so did she. She listened for a moment as they talked, and then let her attention wander to the sky. She enjoyed watching sky, sometimes. It amazed her how such a big space could change so many times and so quickly on a daily basis. Just like streams and lake...often at the same time, as storms tended to swell the bodies of water.

ooc: hope you don't mind me barging in;

Lilypool was heading back for camp. She was carrying three large fish by their tales. This morning she had been giving the choice to go on a border patrol with her sister or go hunting. Lilypool for once just wanted to be alone. She couldn't get the Thunderclan leader out of her head. She didn't know why she had never even talked to him. But there had been something about him that just made her heart beat faster. She sighed and shook her head. She had to stop daydreaming about Skystar. Nothing would ever happen to them, nothing ever could happen between them. For one he didn't even know she existed. And two they where from two different clans.
As she reached the camp she dropped the fish on the fresh kill pile and scanned the clearing. Her ears pricked up seeing Kestralstar lying by the stream at her usual spot when she told story's. Her blue eyes lit up as she raced over to Kestralstar and laid down beside her taking up the remaining room next to her. Any other cats that joined would have to lie beside her, Pebbleshine or Rabbitkit. "Hello Kestralstar what story are you telling today?" Her white tail flicked constantly in excitement.

Kestrelstar The two cats seem to have spirit, both closely generated to that of the youth. In which Rabbitkit was always so energetic and ready, so when it came to story time, she was most likely the first one here. Kestrelstar laughed a bit at the kit before flicking her tail. "It's up to you Rabbitkit, I have a wide variety of stories to tell, sad ones, heroe's, even one's about those in starclan." The leader stated.
Kestrelstar's favorite stories were those from Starclan. Things that went on up there, seemed to not affect down on earth as much as they thought. There was her favorite story about a magnificent warrior, who died and came to starclan, but soon after the starclan cats had things to fear from the dark forest, from all the leaders, and medicine cats, as well as wise leaders he was the one to rise and protect the deceased ideals.
